It feels great! Trance is similar to daydreaming or REM sleep, so at the end of your session you'll feel refreshed and revitalised, having had some mental 'time out'. 

Can anyone be

Anyone who daydreams can be hypnotised, so yes! Some people are more suggestible than others, but anyone coming for hypnotherapy is already open to the concept. You can't be hypnotised if you don't want to be.
